Monarch of Requiem
Since King Lyfelde, Requiem has been ruled by a monarch sitting at Fuller Keep within the Hilt. Though the Lyfelde name is gone, marriage into the line has kept it strong.
Appointment
Coronoation happens at the Hilt, with ceremonies in each major city under the Lords.
