Ralph Eladi
A half wood elf half human, Ralph owns Liquid Skull. Ralph purchased it during the mercenary boom, bringing the Hilts loud club scene to Lakeacre to make a killing off the tourists. A group of adventurers left a talking skull in his tavern years ago, which now sits on the mantle shouting and singing and drinking. This gave the tavern its name, as it used to be the Burning Ship.
