The Northern Moshabarian Shipwright is what one could call a "true" Moshabarian company, insofar as this is possible for such a lawless place as Moshabar. They were heavily involved in the first logging expeditions and produced the first whisperwood ship. Their designs are somewhat conservative, most of them being in some shape or form based on the original design that launched them into prominence.

Designs

While the northern Moshabarian shipwright company was the first to win the fabled "War of the whispers", a technological and industrial race to be the first to produce a seaworthy vessel made from whisperwood, the company has since lost much of its innovative streak. That is not to say that the shipwright employed by the northern Moshabarian are bad craftsmen, on the contrary! They are without peers and many of their techniques and designs are jealously guarded trade secrets passed down from master to apprentice, but few would argue that their designs are innovative. Be that as it may, they have a reputation of building extremely reliable and carefully built ships, even though they somewhat lack in creativity and special purpose.

This company is one of the two shipbuilders that produces whisperwood ships, and can therefore theoretically build ships whose captain may claim a seat in the Council of captains.
