Tih'Kelliop (Ti-kel-ee-op)

The embodiment of madness and insanity, Tih’Kelliop is the black sheep of all the deities. Mortals abhor him, and most deities refrain from interacting with him. He is the holder of forgotten knowledge, keeper of secrets, and the whisper of madness that all mortals hear at least once. He cares little of what others think of him, but loves when a mortal becomes enthralled by his extensive insight. To him, life is a joke and living means to play a game--a game that he insists he is winning at. He believes that ignorance is bliss, but should a mortal seek or warrant learning the truth, he is happy to oblige. As he puts it, "this smile doesn't belong to a liar".
