Personal history
Colonel Qurno oversees strategy for the forces of the 13th Mobile Infantry Division, formerly from Farstone Base HQ. He was first encountered by a squad from the 31st Regiment, acting as the right hand to General Ran Niall. Qurno came off as rather stiff and wary of the squad. When Farstone Base fell to Imperial forces, he was seen heading for an evacuation transport with Niall.
With the death of General Niall, Colonel Qurno took a greater position of leadership for the 13th Division. A few days after the arrival at Resolute Base, Qurno tasked the squad with investigating reports of animal attacks on the fringes of the base.
