Structure
The Frigid Bluff has a very Communist rule. Aruthator is the ruler; however, in recent years, he has become very reserved, leaving the group known as The Conclave in charge of the country.
Culture
Frigid Bluff has a very deep culture of pride. More so than others, the dragonkin of the bluff are incredibly proud to be dragonkin. They often spend as much time as they can in their true forms. They do not have as huge a superiority complex as the Noxians do, but they do have an overwhelming sense of pride in being who they are. They are much more primal than other dragonkin and act accordingly.

To restore the bluff to its former glory that has been stripped away from it over The Reckoning.

History
The Frigites have always been a very proud people, and this stems all the way back to the origin of the country. Often spending more time in their true form than any other dragonkin, this has divided the common folk from dragonkin. Because of this divide, many dragonkin were always cautious of their culture being snuffed out by the common people. This led to the creation of the Conclave.
