Sombre Oubliette

In the filth and squallor of Incarceron, two circles of unbroken grey stone surround the lapis of the Pillar Redeeming. The bailey between these walls is the Sombre Oubliette, a prison for captive mortals, demons, devils and celestials. This is the domain of Illuvis, no devil, but a fallen god, Archwarden of the Oubliette and Second Prince of the Nine Hells.
