Head of the RILLIFANE RALLATHIL Clergy in the Nilanalume Synod.
An incredibly peaceful individual who would like nothing more than to sit with you in the wilderness and admire nature's beauty. She isn't seen often in public and shows up even less to Head Cleric meetings as she believes the High Elves disregard her as 'dirty blooded' and unimportant. She is sympathetic and can seem a little crazy on encountering her.
