Theocracy: a system of government in which priests rule in the name of God or a god. (Corellon) The Nilanalume Synod is the theocracy of the Dominion of Light. It consists of the elven 'Silver Queen' (Fae Urileth) at the head of the Dominion, followed closely by the 'Head of the Clergies' as her representatives, alongside her 'Holy Warriors'.

The direct representative of the 'Silver Queen' is an Avariel (Near extinct sub race of winged elf) named only as 'Corurian'. He appears male and does the Queen's bidding, knowing that she was born a Demigod, even in his grandiosity he is inferior to her.

This theocracy is recognized as the main political party for the Dominion of Light and is therefore the leading power in this region. Below is a diagram of the theocratic ranking relating to the Dominion of Light, see below:
