Military action

Elves militarize the northern border of the DoL.

In the 9th year, the Elves are still recovering from the actions taken place over the last few years and the Queen, learned in being an untrusting individual, makes the decision to go on the defensive. She sanctions the mobility of the Elven Army to head north and set up outposts along the coast and north of Alyfethas, allowing fair warning if the race from the North decides to start exploring south.
