The Goddess Sehanine Moonbow becomes a recognized independent goddess in the Elven Pantheon.

In the 28th year of the first Era, many omens began to show around the DoL if Vhaeraun's influence was near and individuals who could recognize these omens were usually saved from any sort of corruption heading their way. These omens included: sudden moonlight shining in a refracted form down to the realm, drops of silvery white liquid falling as rain and even in some cases, sightings of a female elf in a shimmering white gown watching from afar.   This of course we now know to be the influence and divine signs of Sehanine Moonbow; the goddess of Grave, Knowledge, Light & Moon Elves secretly protecting those who might stumble across Vhaeraun or his worshippers and influence.   Due to these omens, the worship of Sehanine Moonbow was accepted by the Dominion of Light as an independent source of the divine and not just an aspect of Selune. Sehanine Moonbow ascends to the intermediate Elven pantheon.
