Construction beginning/end

The under-earth Elven keep is built south east of the main capitol.

During the 2nd year of the first Era, the Elves recognized that to fully protect their artifacts and ancient magical relics, they would need a specialized location to be able to hold such things of immense power. This keep included a large anti-magic chamber where evil and cursed items were held so as not to be used by corrupt individuals.
