Kharadin Kragbrand, a rugged dwarf with weathered features and a steely gaze, stands as the current foreman of the Kragbrand Mine. His sturdy frame and no-nonsense demeanor speak volumes of his years spent toiling in the depths of the earth, overseeing the daily operations of the mine with a firm hand and keen eye for detail.

Kharadin Kragbrand, the current foreman of the Kragbrand Mine, cuts an imposing figure as he strides towards you, his gruff demeanor and rugged appearance betraying years of toil within the depths of the earth. Standing tall and muscular, with a wild brown beard, he exudes an aura of authority tempered by a weary resignation to the recent challenges. As you approach him, Kharadin fixes you with a steely gaze and nods in a short, but not unpolite, welcome.
"You the folks that Master Alavor sent?"
"Excellent."
"You need a break, or you ready to see the mine?"
As he guides you up the path:
"I've seen me fair share o' troubles in me time, but this... this ain't like anythin' I've seen before. Them goblins, they came from the depths, swarmin' up like a plague o' locusts. We barely had time to react before they were upon us, tearin' through the tunnels like rabid beasts. We got out as many as we could, and we ain't been back inside since."

Kharadin was the head of his family, and thus the one to make the deal with Atlas Alavor. He's not proud of the deal, but over the years has grown to respect Alavor and how much freedom he gives the Kragbrand family and mine. More importantly, he's protective of his family and is accepting of the deal as it keeps them all safe.
