Ostium

Build along the northern coast of The Martéan Empire, Ostium is known as the Empire's naval town, as well as an example of their military might. Where Athemore acts as the Empire's capital, with them still transporting what produce is left, as well as the people left, from the Cursed Lands, where their empire had once existed, Ostium is the military capital, being relatively close to The Sahrian Union's territory, as well as being close to where The Golden Forest once stood.
The city is built with many small, naval forts along the shore line, protecting the city from naval threats. Many of the residence consist of the members of the Empire's military, but there are a few other regular citizens, who travelled here due to having better pay in this city than others, likely due to the greater military threat you face when living in the city. Because of this, despite the size of the city, the population is actually relatively small.
