R'ehaark, the first Frog
The first frog, and god of said grung, R'ehaark takes the form of a surprisingly large, more toad like creature, with a wider head and slimy green skin and yellow eyes with wide, slit like pupils. Grung is a strange deity, not really taking any kind of responsibility for his people, and only intervening if he can get any kind of benefit from it. Noted for granting many grung druidic powers, many grung shaman prey and give sacrifices to R'ehaark, in the hopes that he will show them favour and grant them power. Outside of the grung, he can be worshipped by orcs, lizardfolk, or many of the other races in the Slezech Wetlands, as their tribal and shamanistic ways can often be complemented by R'ehaark's power.
