Pantheon of the Chthonic

The Pantheon of the Chthonic depicts the pantheon associated with death, and those that deal with the departure of mortal souls from the material plane. Led by the primordial goddess Avalore, the Goddess of Death, the Pantheon of the Chthonic are rarely worshipped, but aren't shunned the same way that The Banished Pantheon are, due to the much more benevolent nature of the Gods in the Chthonic Pantheon, as well as the grim necessity of these gods. The Chthonic Pantheon is typically worshipped by the tribes of the Slezech Wetlands and, much more recently, the Drow of the Underdark.
