The Church of Elysium

The main religion of the country of Alderhardt, being based out of the Strobenheim, The City of the Stone Kings, The Church of Elysium is one of the few organised religions in all of Aither, making it even rarer in The Continent. Because of this, the religion is really only worshipped in Alderhardt, as it is rather restrictive on who you can worship, tapering itself for the people of Alderhardt, and the deities that have been the best for their people. 
As the name implies, The Church of Elysium involves the worship of the deities from the Pantheon of Elysium, with Afrid, the Goddess of Life being the centre of this worship. Their ideals involve being virtuous and creative during your time in life, so that you may earn your place in Elysium, amongst your forefathers and the deities that you pledge your life to.
Despite having many holy sites, with the most prominent of which being The Cathedral of Elysium in the city of Kitzstadt, this particular religion is not noted for having a religious text to work from, likely due to the memories of the deities still walking the earth, before The Divine Exodus, being fresh in the minds of some that reside in Alderhardt. Instead, examples are often used, and oral stories are to be memorised, in the hope that the stories themselves will evolve as times go on, as they are relayed from generation to generation.
