Chapter 3: You are in a Tavern
The group finds themselves back at the Red Ruby Tavern, shooting the breeze and getting to know one another a little better. After all, these travelers are little more than strangers at this point, and trust is still tentative. But before they can finish their second round of White Claws, someone has covertly contacted them via the old slip-the-letter-in-your-pocket-while-you-try-to-get-a-drink bit. The notes summarize contracts that are made available to the Four Horsemen based on their performance in the Venture Roadshow. They hear from representatives from The Chaturanga, and decide it's time to funnel Trisandra Lightwood's hate of pirates in a real way, and go hunting. They have been asked to deal with a band of raiding buccaneers who have made port in a secluded inlet down the coast.
