Elise is the owner of the book shop Run for Cover in Bridgeport. When her store is closed she is reading books to children and adults during special events.

Once per quarter she travels to Queenshaven and Perelline using the services of the Royal Airship Company of Farenia to find new items for her store. The permanent ticket for the airship got granted to her by the Empire for delivering official documents during her travels.
In Perelline she usually visits Margo Weedlebeam, the editor of the famous explorer Geertruud Smallbottom, to get her latest publications, including the free exemplars for the Guild of Cartographers, Mapmakers and Scribes and the Great Library of Bridgeport.
