Pish the Wizard

Pish the Wizard is an outlaw who is wanted in seven countries. He is a pyromancer who has a reputation for violence. Many hunting parties and bounty hunters have been sent after him but none have returned. His bounty is collectively offered through The Obsidian Bank, the bounty is worth 200 gold. He graduated from Pothar's University for the Arcane. He briefly served as a court wizard in Duchy of Varkia before leaving abruptly.
