Linene Graywind owns and runs the Lionshield Coster a merchant company which offers weapons, armor and other "adventuring" gear.
Linene came to Phandalin as a young adult. Seeking work she hired on to the Lionshield and soon became a key employee. Upon the death of the previous owner during The Dark War Linene stepped up and took over the merchant company.

Linene has built a successful business out of the Lionshield Coster particularly as a result of The Dark War.
Recently, however, Linene's caravans have been harassed or raided by Goblins. Linene has hired mercenaries to travel with and protect the caravans. This has helped but Linene is still concerned over the rising presence of the creatures in the North Coast region.
