Personal history
Malachite has been a captain within the Shawcross military for a number of year now. A firm and vigilant leader, his main station is unity plaza, where he oversees the city guard who patrol the large market place, watching out for pickpockets, muggers and potential riots. He strives to root out the city's elusive black market scene. He knows of its existence and has managed to apprehend a small number of vendors and patrons in the past, but he is yet to find its head. He believes doing so would secure his next promotion and so will stop at nothing to pursue a lead if one comes up. Aside from that, he is a known face around Unity Plaza, with many long-attending vendors and citizens on first name terms with him thanks to his friendly demeaner.
