Choker of Infernal Geas (1/Day). While wearing this choker, Marrake can cast Geas (spell save DC 15). When he casts the spell in this way, the command must be in line with the tenets of The Lord of the Hells. Staff of Fire. The staff has 10 charges. It regains 1D6+4 expended charges daily at dawn. If Marrake expends the last charge, roll a D20. On a 1, the staff blackens, crumbles into cinders, and is destroyed. Marrake can use an action to expend one or more of the staff's charges to cast one of the follow spells from it (spell save DC 18):
- burning hands (1 charge)
- fireball (3 charges)
- wall of fire (4 charges)
Special Equipment. Marrake wears the Armour of the Damned, a Choker of Infernal Geas, The Sultan's Crown, and carries a Battle Standard of Infernal Power, a Horn of Spinagon Summoning and a Staff of Fire. Armour of the Damned. Marrake can't doff this armour unless he is targeted by the remove curse spell or similar magic. While wearing the armor, he has disadvantage on attack rolls against devils and on saving throws against their spells and special abilities. Asmodeus' Votary. Marrake has advantage on saving throws against being charmed. Battle Standard of Infernal Power. While Marrake holds the banner, his weapon attacks and those of all allied creatures within 300 feet of him count as magical for the purposes of overcoming damage immunities and resistances.
Actions
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 1D8+2 slashing damage. The Sultan's Crown (1/Day). When activated, Marrake causes an semi-opaque plume of embers and smoke to fill the area around them in a 10ft. radius for 1 minute, the area is considered lightly obscured. When a creature other than the wearer enters the area for the first time on their turn, or at the beginning of their turn, they must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the creature takes 3D6 fire damage and 3D6 poison damage. On a success, they take half damage. Horn of Spinagon Summoning (1/7 Days). Marrake uses his action to blow this horn. In response, 4D4+4 spiked devils from The Nine Hells appear within 60 feet of him. They return to The Nine Hells after 1 hour or when they drop to 0 hit points. BONUS ACTIONS Asmodeus' Disciple (1/Day). Once this ability is activated, and at the beginning of his turn, Marrake chooses one ally he can see within 30 ft. That ally loses 10 hit points and Marrake regains the same number of hit points. If Marrake is incapacitated, he makes no choice; instead, the closest ally within 30 ft. is the chosen ally. This lasts for 1 minute.
