Personal history

Kolvar has lived in Caer Carden all his life. His family have served the Ostroloths for nearly one hundred years and it was because of this long service that they were grant stewardship over The Assembly. Kolvar leads that stewardship currently and with members from his family and others under their employ, they maintain the hall, along with all of its enchantments, and its bookings. Kolvar maintains a strict system with the bookings, however he has been known to make exceptions for those who apeal to his fae nature.
Kolvar is the personification of class and decorum. He is well-spoken and sophisticated, but is also famously able to project his voice across the entire hall. Many assume this is another of the buildings enchantments, but it is simply his abily to project.
