  • Confluence
  • Chronurgy research and spell development
In addition, the room contains a number of magic items on display. These include:
  • Boots of Elvenkind
  • Deck of Illusions
  • Faerndaar Primers (one for each college)
  • Ioun Stone (reserve)
  • Pearl of Power
  • Primordial's Bane
Standing to the side of the room, behind the desk, is one Galvan Magen, who guards the chamber alongside the Demos Magens by the door.   Behind one of the bookcases near the writing desk is a hidden teleportation circle. This leads to a small demiplane of Korfel's making which he uses to practise his spellcraft safely. the space appears as a simple stone disk, 120 feet in diameter, surrounded by an endless expanse of night sky. One day, Korfel hopes to be able to fully control the flow of time within this space, but the remains a continuous experiment for the time being.   The Cloaks Council Chamber. The entrance to the central floor of the tower is decorated with a motif of the mage guild's insignia. The interior of the chamber is filled by a large, circular table with nine chairs placed equally around it. A rainbow of torchlight illuminates the room, each colour aligned to a chair and portion of the table, matching up with an associated school of magic.* The only exception is the archmage's seat which has silver torch light illuminating it. Alongside the coloured torches, the options of the floor, wall and ceiling aligned with each seat of the table are decorated with runic patterns made of gold filigree. The patterns match with known symbology associated with each school of magic (with the archmage's seat denoting chronurgy). The chamber is guarded by four Demos Magen, who maintain a position around the interior of the chamber, and one Galvan Magen, who stands to attention between the entrance and the table.   *Teal for abjuration, orange for conjuration, dark-blue for divination, green for enchantment, red for evocation, light-blue for illusion, purple for necromancy, brown for transmutation and silver for chronurgy.   The Living Quarters. The third floor of Korfel's Tower is sealed behind a door held by an arcane lock. Inside, the space appears as a traditional, yet simplistic, elvish home (in contrast to the rest of the tower), with a sitting room, dining room and kitchen on its ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom on its upper floor.   Eerie of the Adranachs. At the peak of Korfel's Tower is the home of Wesdale's adranachs. The spiral staircase leading to them turns inwards on its way up the interior of the tower and emerges into the center of this space. the 15-foot-radius floor from which the staircase emerges is perimetered by five stone archways, barrier by low stone walls and a simple gate. Beyond each of these are the homes of each of the five adranarchs. They are guarded and tended to by five Hypnos Magens. The stairs emerging from the center of the eerie continue to spiral upwards 30 feet towards the tower's peak. Inside the tip of the tower is the home of the master adranarch.   Each of the adranarch's stable can be entered and exited through the exterior wall of the tower, which houses a stained-glass window depicting the adranach's visage. By speaking the adranach's name, the window becomes incorporeal, allowing for creatures to pass through. The Master adranarch can enter and exit their stable through a similar glass window forming roof of the tower.
