Rosemarie (who prefers to go by Madame Rosemarie) came to Wesdale at a very young age and eventually graduated from Faerndaar's Witherbloom college. Since then, she has taken to opening her own potion shop in the north of the city and still makes regular trips to her old campus to collect ingredients. She has a friendly rivalry with Archibald Stoutclaw, which began when they were both students of opposing colleges, though they are now good friends.
Recently, she completed the brewing of one of her most powerful potions to date, a potion of Storm Giant Strength, which she is selling in her shop for 8,000GP.
