Oswalt is a veteran merchant of many decades and has travelled the length of Concordia many, many times. He originally begun buying and selling jewellery, however as more enchanted pieces came his way, he moved to exclusively deal in magic items. Eventually, as his age caught up to him, he looked to settle down and open a permanent shop where he could trade from and decided to open this in Caer Carden. From here, he continues to buy and sell magical trinkets, however he also makes use of his travelling background by leveraging a list of contacts he made whilst visitng cities around Concordia.
Oswalt is a kind man, wth lots of patiences when helping his customers. However, he can be very difficult to neotiate with and does not come down on his prices often.
