Personal history

Scoria and Sun have been friends for many years. Both originally from Wealdstone, they were inquisitive children and enjoyed playing on the boarder of The Heartland Forest together. As they got older they decided to go into business together and opened a sawmill which focused on using sustainable wood from the forest as a way of protecting it.
A couple years into their job, the pair decided to explore deeper into the enchanted forest and came across Hagan of the Wildfire and The Burnwillow Grove. In awe of what they found, they became apprentices under Hagan, learning everything they could about the grove so that someone was able to look after it when he was gone or unable. Since taking this responsibility, Hagan has also allowed them to harvest wood from the grove when certain areas need cultivating. They are the only two which Hagan will allow to take Burnwillow on a regular basis.
Scoria strong-willed and business-minded. Given it was originally her idea to start the sawmill, she wants to see it do well and will work hard to make sure that happens. She has experienced discrimination in the past, but for the most part acts stoic and ignores what she can, knowing her own mind and convictions better than those who would say bad of her.
