It can't take these actions if it has fewer than three crew.   Fire Ballista. The ship can fire its ballista.   Cannon. The ship uses one of the actions available to each of the six cannons aboard. If Master Gunner Ogog is incapacitated, only half of the available cannons may be used.   Move. The ship can use its helm to move with its sails. If Captain Andrelec and First Mate Zyltana are incapacitated, another creature must be at the ship's helm to use this action.   Additionally, while the captain, first mate and barrelman are not incapacitated, the ship can use one of each of their respective actions.   Control: Helm

Any amount of the ship’s aimed cannons are fired. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 600/2,400 ft., one target. Hit: 8D10 bludgeoning damage.   Captain: Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, Captain Andrelec can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that they can see within 30 feet of them makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a D4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the captain. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the captain is incapacitated.   First Mate: Command Ally (Recharge 5-6). First Mate Zyltana can target one ally she can see within 30 feet of her. If the target can see and hear the First Mate, the target can choose to make one weapon attack as a reaction. It has advantage on the attack roll.   Captain or First Mate: Take Aim (1/Turn). Captain Andrelec or First Mate Zyltana directs the crew's firing, aiding in the aiming of one of the ship's weapons. That weapon gains advantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of the ship's next turn.   Captain or First Mate: Full Speed Ahead (1/Turn). Captain Andrelec or First Mate Zyltana can exhort the crew to work harder and drive the ship forward faster. Roll a D6 and multiply the result by 5. Apply the total as a bonus to the ship's speed until the end of the ship's next turn.   Barrelman: Musket Attack. Barrelman Torok can make three musket attacks. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10, or +5 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 1D12+4, or 1D12+14 piercing damage. These attack ignore half and three-quarters cover and being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn't impose disadvantage on the ranged attack rolls.

Two creatures who use their actions to operate the pullies can cause the boat to descend into the water in one round, or ascend the the deck in three rounds.
