Overview

The Black Crest is an organization that serves as a rouges guild across Aldatu
The Otet is the leader of The Black Crest .
His Vtoty is the second in command and manager of the day to day operations.
The Mudryy is the Otet's top advisor.
The day to day is operated in secret. Each city of Uzta has a Mestnyy who captains the city. They have a Braat who serves as their second. Under each Mestnyy there are often many types who serve the Crest in a variety of ways.
Sworn Members get a magical tattoo that can only be seen by people with the same. It is kept on the inside of the wrist.
