Ethereal Peaks

One of the largest mountain ranges in the world, the Ethereal Peaks are a mountain range within Wom'lai. Host to all sorts of creatures, there is a myth that the peaks of the mountains breach the barrier between the Material and Astral Planes, providing some of the oddest and most beautiful confluence of elements ever to be seen. Home to the rarest of creatures and strangest of denizens, if you're seeking the answer to some abstract question or some sort of material, you'll likely find it here. Whether you manage to return back to the base of the mountains is the question.

Denizens

You'll find "tribes" of nimbulasa flitting about around the tops of these ranges. Powerful monsters such as Phoenixes roost about, cruel Kamaitachi seek prey, and other such creatures prowl about. Those without an affinity to one of the elemental planes will find their ability to manipulate the weave here difficult.
