Beyond Aldern

the Outer Planes

'Beyond Aldern' or 'the Beyond', is the generic term the people of the world call anything outside of their world. This, for some cultures, included Alan as well. Scholars, however, would limit the Beyond as describing the outer planes of reality itself. The realms between those planes and Aldern, what some call the Astral and Ethereal is known as Enur. For the learned 'Beyond Aldern' is an infinite space of uncountable and unfathomable realities, but for most it is simply Heaven and Hell.
