Leviathan, the Servant of the Storm, is a primeval creature of elemental power in the oceans of Aldern. Tales of this monster span time itself. It is the embodiment of the chaos of the seas, pulling ships to their doom and ripping land away from continents. Leviathan is described as a serpent, sometimes a Dragon dwelling in the depth of the sea. Though claims of sightings come from every corner of the world, most consider those in the Criup Ocean as the only credible ones. The creatures dwelling in the Criup is one of the reasons that ocean is so deadly.
