Proprietor of Magic of the Heartlake in Westshore, which is a combination inn/cafe/lending library stocked with romance novels. She and Thaddeus have maintained an infrequent correpondence over the years. When it came time for Thaddeus to revise his novel, it was Serena's help he sought with feedback and editing.
