Scythia

Structure

Scythia is a monarchy currently ruled by the Aryons, though it was under the puppetry of King Julen Andromeda of Parenna until 2008. The Aryons have held the throne since the former ruling line died out and reign passed to then-high-steward Rand Aryon. The current monarch is Rayth, and the reign will pass after him to his son Rhylan Aryon.

Military

The military is hopelessly flawed, at least as of 2009. After Princess Rynn Aryon went in under the guise of General Aelgan Revine (an entirely fictitious character) and straightened them out, they did much better.
