History

The 1354 MAU, Marine Assualt Unit, was formed out of the need to stand up a post on Empok Station, and have an armed force in that sector. Command was awarded to Colonel Emma Roya, who began formal formations with unseen speed. Pulling from every corner of the Corp. the mish-mash of personel, equipment, and resources she's used to form this MAU has gained them the nickname ORKS because even command says it's not pretty but it's effective.
