Gnovascant

Gnovascant is a coalition of gnome communities that have banded together to protect themselves and to provide a central government to care for their citizens. Located in the southeastern part of Onira Gnovascant consists of 20 Swamp Gnome and Forest Gnome communities, each consisting of 10 to 15 gnome clans. The country does not contain any large gnome cities, the gnome communities prefer to live in either the swamps or the forests and they keep their numbers at sustainable levels.
