Nioville is towards the south-east of the island Iunia near the Dragon Sea.
Demographics
Just like the rest of the cities in the Zostron continent, Nioville was mostly made up of humans, wizards, witches, warlocks, halflings, and weredragons. Not only that, all weredragons at the beginning was of royal and/or noble blood, keeping their true identities hidden from their subjects. Letting a certain few know of their existence. As time went on, more species and ethnicities moved into the city.

Nioville's main source of income is derived from its hot springs, which are located in the city center. Additionally, the city is known for its activities with dragons.
History
As dragons roam around the Dragon Sea and the islands of Apral and Iunia, all species living in Nioville have grown accustomed to living side-by-side with dragons. Due to the rumors of people having good fortune within a year after they spent a vacation in the city, Nioville gained the nickname of 'The City of the Golden Dragons.'
Tourism
People from near and far visit Nioville for a nice, relaxing vacation. Come visit and/or move to Nioville because of one rumor. A rumor is that if one spends time in the city with the dragons who live there - mainly when they spend a much-needed vacation in the city - he or she would will soon find good fortune in their lives within a year from when they leave. It could be one good fortune or multiple.
