Lavinia of House Adamanta, as a Champion of Iomedae, traveled a great deal on her quest to destroy great evils. She journeyed to the far north after hearing rumors of a kind of madness that was consuming the Kingdom of Svalbard. Sadly for the industrious young knight, she arrived shortly after the matter had been resolved by a celebrated local hero, Haemund, son of Erlend. Being something of an oddity - an Elurian knight so far from her home - she had the opportunity to meet this famous man.

It might have been a matter of love at first sight, as the two were shortly inseperable, eventually marrying in 568 4A. While she occasionally swore herself to quests from time to time, Lavinia served loyally and well as Queen of Svalbard and mother of her children.
