Crow

A small town that was ruled by a Adult Black Dragon named Crowraxas. The town was made up of a small group of Black Dragonborn who served the Dragon. It is not found on many maps and was unknown to most.
An assassin named Scaramouche chose this small town to make as an example. The warfroged assassin slayed everyone in the town and The Black Dragon in an attempt to draw out Bobushio the Pirate King whome he was tracking for Ukaru.
The town was destroyed and Bobushio and The Path of Nightshade met Scaramouche in the ruines of the town for battle.
