The Lamplighters

A group of elves mainly Drow recruited by a varient of Randolfo the Magnificent to guard the secrets of the histories and knowledge of Hrothbert and Winifred. They are protectors and judges of whom they see fit to pursue the path of uncovering how Hrothbert affected the weave. I keep it out of the hands of evil. They have been managing the key places of Allenia. Their true goal is to help true, worthy & valiant adventurers gain the knowledge and power to reach a suitable resolution of the harm Hrothbert's quest caused. They live on a Island named Lonaira which is in a short hand elvish means "Horrible Island" in The Sea of Koshira off the east coast of Val Xora.
