Wetrock
Wetrock sits in the shadow of a large ruined castle Arevon Castle, and is known for its Haunted castle.
The populace is an Orc clan named the Black Fang Clan led by Chief Gorlag. The orcs and half-orcs are rebuilding the city. Before they arrived crow/raven like humanoids that cover their eyes with hoods hid in the ruins. They will not speak to outsiders. Many believe they can not speak. It is unknown why they are in Wetrock or if they left.
The Black Fang Clan has taken up residence in the Arevon Castle after The Circle of Six cleared it of its curse.
They have started to create a more booming economy.

Location: The shop is a single-story building of conjured iron, with several glass windows and a tiled mosaic floor. It is built around a huge dragon-shaped forge relocated from Kucca. The street outside is strewn with debris from an overturned cart.
History
Arevon Castle was once a proud and commanding presence in the near by lands. Many generations ago it went to ruin and little is known on how it came to be desolate. Tales of it being haunted keep most away.
