General Physical Condition
Vissel is an unusual example of an Elven Man as he is much more muscular than average, a result of many years of hard travel and hard work to survive during said travel. He is a fair bit stronger than most men and his body is decorated with storied tattoos telling of his misadventures. He has tattoos of ravens covering half of his torso as the Shadar Kai follow a strange religon revolving around the birds as Omens of Death.

Personal history
Vissel was raised in one of the outlying villages within the Shadowfell. By the time he reach adulthood he found himself wanting to see more than the dark grey landscape of the shadowfell and so he packed what little he could call his own and set off.
He wandered for a few years before finding a High Elf who, intrigued by his mannerisms, agreed to teach him the practice of magical tattooing. He spent the next 10 years learning the art, as well as picking up his master's accent, and once he was deemed accomplished he set off again looking for a place to call his own.
He eventually ended up in the City of Brass where only days after opening up his shop he met a group of adventurers including a lovely young drow woman. They promised to keep in contact at some point.
