Meister of State Oskar Flammesser

The Meister of State, Oskar Flammesser, is responsible for all foreign diplomacy for Warlord Zynn. Warlord Zynn did not appoint Oskar. L’Allegro appointed him. They felt that he could use some assistance in the art of diplomacy. He invited one of the ruling members of Helmingurdrekar. He was aware that they have a fascination with draconic artifacts. This particular region of Iriamar is known for the Draconic War. Draconic lairs and draconic rule cities all around Iriamar. Oskar also acts as a liaison for L’Allegro.
Oskar is relatively new to Warlord Zynn’s inner circle. The L’Allegro Order placed him at this location to tutor Zynn. Zynn may be an excellent military ruler and a great fighter, but not so good in diplomatic ways. He is here to teach him those ways. They gave him this territory to rule, not to burn to the ground with diplomatic plunders. Oskar was pleased to figure out that Warlord Zynn has charismatic qualities that could assist in diplomacy.

General Physical Condition

Oskar wears primary dark colors and embroiders leathers. The embroidery designs are of wilted flowers. He has a shaved head with tribal tattoos and two gold chain earrings that connect from nose to ear lobe. The feminine-looking man is of elven descent of unknown origins. There are no visible weapons that he carries with him.
