Quinn Duststone
Quinn Duststone is a young human transmutation wizard, who was quite in a pickle, before Ellarae helped him out. He joined The Kornai for time being.
In-Game, when Ellarae was staying in The Second Whale, she noticed a young man sending distressed signals while sitting in a table with an older man. Ellarae went to question them, and things quixkly escalated into a fight which resulted in the older, scruffy looking man dead on the floor. The young man they had saved introduced himself as Quinn Duststone and explained that he had been kidnapped and the man had kept him under his watchful eye, perhaps to sell him onwards in Aberronia, where slavery is completely legal and accepted. With Ella's help, Quinn got rid of the shackles he had around his wrist which had forbidden him from casting any spells. Of course, his spellbook had been taken away, so he couldn't be much of use immediately, but he has tagged along and tried his best to be of some use.

Quinn hasn't been too open about his past, but apparently his father is 'the leader of the land' and he was on his way to visit his aunt who had founs him a magic tutor, when the carriage was attacked and he was taken as a prisoner, perhaps to be sold as a slave in Aberronia. He has a feeling that someone had planned the whole incident as it all happened too easily.

He has gained some information and appears to be a more bookish type than the rest of the Kornai.
