"The License of Consent"

A massive step towards the unforeseen end of the Shrunkens human rights.

With the new global legalization of euthanasia for Shrunkens, as well as the removal of their human status and some other aspects of the Shrunken Reform. It didn't take long for some unique groups of twisted individuals to find a rather questionable loophole in this new system of society.
As it is nowhere stated clearly in the reform, that Shrunkens who wish to end their lives, specifically have to take the lethal injection, after accepting the government's deal.
Which resulted in many, morally questionable actions of desire, where both willing and unwilling Shrunkens came to great harm or even death, due to the now possible indulgence of long dormant fantasies.
Of course, these incidents weren't able to hide from the Shrunken Department's eyes for very long.
But instead of taking any actions against them, to prevent the continuation of unnecessary harm caused to the shrunken world population, they only sensed yet another devious scheme, to satiate their never-ending greed.
Which then, in the late summer of 2139, brought forth the new “License of Consent”.
A small ID like document, which could be bought by any Shrunken for a high price, to prove that they are willing to risk their lives, in order to pander to their ultimate desires.
