Founding of Atlantis by the Atlantean Collective

This human city was formed as the primary settlement of Atlanteans and their allies it would be a century before any other cities are formed. This allowed Atlantis to grow very large and build a lot of infrastructure.   In 712 the city would be destroyed by civil war and abandoned.
