Inferne

Inferne is a diverse continent, with lush and fertile terrain, it is too far south to cross the equator and is mostly a temperate continent, but the southern regions are cold, especially the southern island. Wild magic storms plague the Northeast due to the proximity of The Well. The majority of the continent is settled by Amystral tribes and villages who look poorly upon those who can influence or are influenced by magic. Outside of major settlements, it is dangerous to out oneself as a spellcaster or friend to spellcasters as amystral bounty hunters roam the countrysides.
