A series of floating and artificial islands dot the shallow lakes, known for its abundant freshwater clam beds prized as delicacies. Bridges and pump-canals connect the numerous small islands.

Guilds and Factions

The old families are often in dispute over each other and bridges have been known to be taken down and reassembled elsewhere to make a point about shifting alliances.
