Voltec

The Voltec Company is responsible for the production of Arclite batteries.  Arclite batteries contain codensed Arcanus, therefore requiring oversight from the Dynasty.  The Dynasty is also the largest customer of Voltec, using the Arclite batteries in both the corporate and military fields.
Voltec was originally founded by Johann Strassburg in the year 158 AME as Arcanus was better understood.  For over a millenia, the company has thrived despite the changing of Dynasties.  They have safely guarded the secret of production and held a monopoly in the world of Arcanus-powered electricity.
Today, the company is run by Mallory Guilderoy, an eccentric elven man who lives on his own island estate.
